Information

INFORMATION

Stress, anxiety and depression are the biggest cause of sickness absence in our society. Work-related stress alone accounted for 45% of all working days lost to ill health in 2015/16 (Health and Safety Executive, 2017).

MHFA training is here to support you to manage health and wellbeing proactively, minimise the impact of mental ill health on your business and your people, and promote and maintain healthy workplaces.

Training Courses

Rejuvenate Mental Health have training options to suit a range of timescales and budgets, from basic mental health awareness sessions to a full Mental Health First Aider qualification.

Courses are delivered online, on-site at your workplace or at a Rejuvenate Mental Health venue, by an experienced MHFA England Associate Instructor Member. Online course deliveries take place through the MHFA Online Learning Hub, as a blend of live training sessions and self-learning activities.

Training is delivered by a professional trainer, with a CiLD qualification, and holds the suite of MHFA England courses accreditation, in addition to the full First Aid at Work suite of training delivery qualifications.
