Service Description
This is a 1-day online course suitable for anyone who actively connects with children such as parents, carers, teachers, youth group leaders and young adults. The qualification has been designed with children and young people in mind covering areas such as depression, self-harm, eating disorders and bullying and will provide the knowledge and skills to identify a potential mental health condition, start a conversation, and provide support and guidance to professional help. Learners will not diagnose or treat mental health conditions as this can only be carried out by healthcare professionals, but will gain knowledge to identify when a person may have a condition and where to get help. A range of First Aid for Youth Mental Health related subjects are covered including: What is first aid for youth mental health? Identifying mental health conditions Stress Mental health conditions Drugs and alcohol First aid action plan E-manual and certificate included. An assessment is required to achieve the Level 2 certificate. A printed manual is available if preferred. £175 Per person Private in-person and online bookings are available on request)

Cancellation Policy
Payment must be made prior to attending the course as this will automatically convert you to a delegate and trigger the provision of your course resources. A confirmation of payment and your booking will be sent by email. If you have not received this, please contact us admin@rejuvenatementalhealth.co.uk To cancel or reschedule please be aware that only courses cancelled within 48 hours of booking can be refunded. There is no refund available on any cancellation of booking prior to the course start date after the 48 hour cooling off period. A course booking can be rescheduled up to 7 days prior to the course start date. This can be rescheduled on either an online or in-person course. If a course has to be cancelled you will be notified as soon as possible and automatically offered a place on an alternative date course. If there is not a suitable date available a refund will be offered (where full payment has previously been received and confirmed). If a refund is issued, the course resources provided must be returned in new condition, alternatively the cost of resources can be deducted from the refund. If you are unwell please do NOT attend the course. If you have a cold, cough or temperature on an in-person course you will be refused entry and an alternative date will be made available for you. Please note: Any rude, discriminatory, disrespectful, or otherwise unacceptable behaviour towards a staff member or any other learner on any course will mean removal of that person from the course. A certificate will not be issued, and a refund will not be made. Organisations booking staff onto the training courses have a responsibility to ensure the learner can demonstrate the values and qualities required and behave appropriately during the course and whilst undertaking the role.
